PERSONNEL PLACEMENT IN THE CARE SECTOR
“Staff shortages should not be responsible for people in need of care not receiving the care services they need.”
As of 2020, Austria already has a shortage of 30,000 full-time or part-time care workers.
The fact is that the need for care workers will continue to grow strongly.
The reasons for this are manifold. Demographic and societal developments – such as the decline in informal care as well as a changing age structure and increasing life expectancy of the population – and the upcoming retirements of the baby boomers in the years 2022 to 2026 play a role, for example. Despite this trend, the number of graduates from nursing training courses is declining.
These developments illustrate the challenge of meeting the required personnel needs in the Austrian care sector in terms of quantity and quality. In order to meet this challenge and to alleviate the already noticeable shortage of nursing and care workers in Austria, we are looking for, recruiting and placing nursing staff from the south of Europe.
In this way, we would like to contribute to relieving the burden on existing carers, on you as their employer, as well as on caring relatives, and to avoid bed closures etc. This is because the latter creates the danger that those in need of care cannot be provided with the care services they need due to a lack of staff.
If you are interested, please communicate your wishes as precisely as possible so that we can specifically address your individual interests and achieve a rapid solution.
